1. Acceptance of Terms Welcome to Worldwide Winner Solution (WWS). By accessing our website, registering for services, or partnering with us as an Authorized Channel Partner of Alibaba.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not proceed with our services. These terms are designed to protect the rights and obligations of both parties in a professional B2B transaction.

2. Scope of Services WWS acts as an official facilitator and consultant to assist your company in joining the Alibaba.com platform as a Global Gold Supplier (GGS). Our services include document verification assistance, company profile creation (Mini Site), account operational training, and export strategy consultation. It should be understood that WWS is a Channel Partner, not the owner of the Alibaba.com platform; thus, technical platform policies are subject to Alibaba Group's central rules.

3. Global Gold Supplier (GGS) Status Global Gold Supplier status is a premium membership on Alibaba.com that requires third-party verification (such as by SGS or TÜV Rheinland). The Client is fully responsible for the authenticity and legality of the corporate documents submitted for the A&V (Authentication & Verification) process. Verification failure due to falsified or incomplete documents is not the responsibility of WWS.

4. Payment Policy All Alibaba.com membership fees and WWS consulting fees must be paid in advance according to the selected package (Basic, Standard, or Premium). Payments made are Non-Refundable for any reason, including if the Client decides to terminate midway or if the account is suspended by Alibaba central due to policy violations by the Client.

5. Client Obligations Clients are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding their products and company. Clients are strictly prohibited from uploading illegal products, counterfeit goods, or materials that violate the intellectual property rights of others onto the Alibaba.com platform. Any legal risks arising from content uploaded by the Client are the sole responsibility of the Client.

6. Limitation of Liability WWS provides the tools, training, and best strategies for Clients to gain maximum exposure (traffic) and inquiries. However, WWS does not guarantee the occurrence of sales transactions of a specific amount within a specific timeframe. Purchasing decisions are entirely in the hands of the buyer and are influenced by factors such as price, product quality, and the Client's own negotiation skills.

7. Confidentiality WWS respects your business privacy. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the Client's corporate data, pricing strategies, and buyer lists. We will not share such sensitive information with third parties without written consent from the Client, except where required by law or for the purpose of the verification process with Alibaba.com.

8. Intellectual Property Rights Training materials, strategy guides, templates, and designs provided by WWS during the consultation period are the intellectual property of WWS. Clients are granted a limited license to use them for internal company purposes, but are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, or reselling such materials to other parties without permission.

9. Term and Renewal Global Gold Supplier membership is valid for 1 (one) year from the date the account is activated. Clients are expected to process renewal at least 1 month before the active period expires to avoid loss of historical data and account ranking. WWS will provide reminder notifications, but the decision to renew remains with the Client.

10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising in connection with this service shall first be resolved through deliberation for consensus. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved through legal channels in the court having jurisdiction in WWS's domicile area.
